Clothespin Magnets for an Earth Day Craft

by Cole Nemeth
(Cambridge, Ontario, Canada)

You can make your own very cute magnets using recycled paper and old wooden clothespins.

You'll need:

- wood clothespins
- recycle paper - newspaper, magazine pages or scrapbook paper
- white glue
- magnet strips
- paint is optional

To start you have to paint your clothespin, or leave it plain.

Cut your paper into strips that fit on the top of the clothespin.

Glue the paper strips on and leave them to dry.

Once they are dry all you have to do is attach your magnet strip to the back and it's all done!

Perfect for holding pictures or notes on your fridge.
